Hebrews do you forget where you put it? I’m a recovered scale junkie. I couldn’t care less about it bc I’m just trying to change my lifestyle/body comp/ measurements. I just set my goal to 170 cuz I remember it was just easy to maintain 🤷🏼‍♀️ Otherwise, who enjoys seeing 200+ every day. Society says it’s not ok. It must be bad…..

Lol in reality I have to move it because my kids try to jump on it. 😂😂 I really don't need to weigh either just do it to track numbers and keep my calories somewhat in check.
