Yay! I love to see the scale move out of each pound! Sometimes I get discouraged when I don’t see it move very much but I know I just have to stay the coarse - trust the process! I feel absolutely amazing. My body isn’t hurting me the way it used to. Inflammation was so bad for me at one point. Anyhow, time for coffee and to enjoy the day with my family. I’m so blessed!
