Working out and cleaning up my shed on the weekend kept me heading in the right direction... This is the lowest weight I've been in about 8+ years. 😁
126 kg Perso fino ad ora: 10 kg.    Rimanenti: 21 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Good work Pete! A bit of activity helps a whole lot - cleaning out the shed ideal, setting yourself up for more activity in shed and garden? I just wish this rain would ease off so I can get stuck into it!

Thanks Jomo. I have a home gym in my shed but it needed a cleanup and a bit of rearranging. I definitely have more energy since starting my weight loss journey. 😄
