I'm really not sure how I could have lost six pounds, but I'll take it! I think it's because I was sick for several days, kept my calories low (under 1800) for a week, and exercised several times. That's still a lot of weight to lose and I'm happy to be under the 200 mark finally!

Today I am restarting Induction. I am all prepared and ready to go! My fridge is full of veggies, meat, cheeses, and water. I plan to avoid sweeteners, except for one Splenda in my morning coffee. I am going to be really strict in order to get my appetite suppressed again and lose cravings for carbs. I can do this!
