Today I celebrate my 70th birthday 🎂. I’ve managed to stay below goal weight since April and I feel better than I have in years. My energy level is great, just wish my hubby could keep up, but he has many health issues so it’s not to be. I had a friend tell me to keep my bigger clothes because I’ll gain it back...thank you for the encouragement I told her. She said that’s just what she always does. I’m one that’s up to a challenge, so I’m pretty determined to prove her wrong! Lol. Anyway, I’m planning to have a great day doing whatever I want to do and I’m so grateful to all of you and your stories and true encouragement. Keep up all your good work, love the skin you are in and believe the best is yet to be! God bless you all!
