aa... not like that a cheat meal can't spoils whole week deit if you cheat whole day so its effect alot i also have cheat meals once a week but after that i use my detox water and be more active and maintaining the same weight 😉

1 cheat meal cant gain weight by 1kg bro....it may be the water weight..as most of the cheat meal having more carbs....so don't worry....within 1 2 days with lower carb diet will help you to get the previous weight....to gain weight by 1 kg...you hv to consume 7500 cal more than your maintenance calories....and i don't think that in 1 meal you can consume that much

i know how it feels😭
had wine, 2 roti, barbequed fish,chicken sausages...and next day I way 1kg more ...I am on a diet too...just lost 10kgs..need to lose 10 more....it kind of upsets me a lot!!!

One cheat meal is not the only reason for your weight gain... It may be water retention of your body and it may be increase of muscle mass... Try to measure your body weight regularly... Then you will get your rough estimation of your weight

water retention hai.its not fat. just go on low carbs for 1 day. and see next day

dont weigh yourself after a cheat day its kinda demoralising , enjoy your cheat meal without any guilt, and its water retention mostly.
