The 3 C's of life: choices, chances and changes ~ you must make a choice to take a chance or your life will never change.
My new motto....
I am going to make healthy "choices". I have realized that it is my choice to eat the foods in front of me. I do not have to eat it just because someone made the cookie or cake. I do not have to drink a cola because I am at a meeting. I have began logging my foods again, which helps. Makes me stop and think before I eat something bad, because I do not want to have to log it in.
I have decided to take a "chance" on me again. I am taking the opportunity before me and putting them to use. I have been walking during my lunch break this week. Instead of killing an hour running around town for no reason except to get out of the office. I am either walking outside or in my office if weather doesn't permit. I have my Leslie Sansone Walking DVD in my work bag. I did her 2 mile walk Monday and then the 3 mile yesterday.
I am going to "change" and make them permanent. I am tired of the yo-yo dite life.
I HAVE DECIDED to "make a choice to take a chance or MY life will never change. I challenge each of my Fatsecret buddies to do the same!
