Another week down... Had a bit of a bug mid week and didn't eat much for a day or two.
My wife has now decided to "get with the program" and join me on my journey 😁, but we'll be using a different tracking method (one she has used before), so I may, or may not continue to track here as well.

We had both previously used MyNetDiary , a couple of years ago (although I didn't stick with it for very long, at the time). It is more complicated (and more $) but does have some features we like.
I like the simplicity of Fat Secret but my wife is comfortable with the other app (one less thing to learn), and I'm just happy she is willing to join me. 😁
