Did not have a chance to walk during lunch today. We took a co-worker out for her belated birthday lunch at Chuy's. I think I chose ok. I had a cup of their tortilla soup and a dinner salad. It did contain a bit of chicken, so a little off the Fatsmash Phase I menu, but not horrible. Probably not only an oz of chicken in the soup.

I will have to make up my missed walk after work today.

Good job. I think it's fine if you're mostly following the plan. For me it worked best when I started filling up on beans and veggies. Keep it up.
