I added some carbs back in to my diet - first time I'm eating bananas and oatmeal in four years! Amazingly, it was just what my body needed. I lost four pounds in one week. I lost 100+ pounds five years ago and I'm currently losing the last ten (again), but these are the hardest pounds to lose. I'm a fitness instructor, so I get MORE than the average amount of exercise, but I also eat more than the average dieter. I'll add in more "good carbs" slowly as long as they don't impact my weight loss negatively.
