I thought I was doing good this week. I'm hoping this is water weight, since I increased exercise. ah!
99,3 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0,5 kg.    Rimanenti: 13,2 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 1,4 kg a Settimana

If you know you are on plan, then it's most likely water weight from something. Exercise can certainly do it. Cherries are supposed to be good for a build up of lactic acid in muscles (when they feel sore). You know it will go away. Stay hydrated and keep going.
