Was definitely trending up. Was consistent with the workouts though. Need to streamline workouts so that I finish in an hour. Working too many body areas per session.
Setting new milestone was a good idea. I was starting to get a little too loose with the portions. The fat cells ate pretty good this past month. Time to bring the pain!!!😂
