Pounds: 267.8 pounds.

Breakfast: 1 sausage McMuffin with egg, 1 Harsh brown, 1 large black coffee with 1 tsp brown sugar (7:30 am)

Lunch: Menudo with 1 cup of rice. Half of the muffin too and 1 boiled egg! Lol

Dinner: Veggies kit bbq ranch flavor, Menudo w/ carrots, pork soup.





Lifting: Upper Arm only (3x12).
Steps: 6,100 steps.
121,5 kg Perso fino ad ora: 7,2 kg.    Rimanenti: 48,9 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,6 kg a Settimana
