You got this! New day, new challenges, forgive yourself for yesterday and start over. One better choice a week. You have done it before and you can do it again! Right before bed, I lay on my chiropractic block (for my back) for 15 mins and envision a smaller me in a new dress and strutting into a restaurant to see my girlfriends smiling faces because they are happy for me.
