Welp....? Im gonna assume water weight and I was correct in thinking that I had a high sodium day.
Im either having a muscle spasm or I slept wrong the night before last because I couldnt turn my head yesterday and it hurts when I do certain things. I didnt go to the gym because we were doing deadlifts and I didnt think I needed the strain. Im debating if Ill go tonight. I tried to book a massage but the person I go to doesnt have anything open until the end of October. I might book it anyway, future me can thank me.
