I am so frustrated with my poor choices yesterday. I was stressed out at work, so I decided I should eat a bagel. I don't even like bagels! wtf? I worked late and was in a rush to try and get to my 6:30 cardio kickboxing class. Traffic on the freeway was moving at about 5 miles an hour because dumb people can't drive in the rain. As soon as I realized I could not make it to my class within 15-20 minutes of the scheduled start time, I said to myself, "Well, F it," and went and met my friends for a couple of drinks. I certainly still could have gone to the gym. NO EXCUSES TODAY.

Today is off to an okay start (minus the expected extra weight after my carb and alcohol intake yesterday). I made it to my 6:00 a.m. bootcamp class. We'll see if I can get off work early enough--and have the will power--to make to either a second bootcamp class or a second gym session tonight...
