October 26th, my weight was 206.6, which is good, i lost almost 5 lbs since starting this journey October 15th. I was constantly losing about 2 lbs every 3-4 days since I try to cut the calories to about 1600-1800 kcal a day. I thought i was already doing the calorie deficit since inused to probably eat around 3000-5000 or more calories a day. The night of the 26th, I read up more about calorie deficit since i do not really exercise, and did a calculator based on my current weight and body fat percentage that day 206.6 lbs with 49% body fat. and i found out that to maintain weight with a sedentary lifestyle, i should be eating 1600 kcal a day, and to lose weight i should just be consuming about 1195 so about 1200 kcal per day. so the past 3 days that’s what i did, and even if i ate half a mcflurry last thursday, i still managed to lose 3.6 lbs!!! I feel so happy and kore motivated! I still eat “normal food”, but more aware now of my calorie consumption and subconsciously it also makes me make a few good food choices . I GOT THIS!!! I know i can and i will reach my goal! CHEERS TO HEALTH & LIFE!!!
