Still holding steady. Need to increase cardio activity. I know that walking would do a lot toward reaching the next milestone but it is soooo hard to get started with my schedule. Gotta buy out the time. ALSO....THINK elliptical.

I use the Elliptical machine alot. low impact, weather resistant, increased resistance. recommend it!
