Had to sleep at the hospital sleep lab last night so they could fit me for a CPAP. It's amusing that they think you should go to sleep right away in a strange room, strange bed, electrodes all over your head and chest, and a face mask strapped to your head! Ok, not so amusing. Then they wake you up at 5am to go home. I think I'm grouchy today!
I've been careful about calorie intake, so that's good. I know I need to move more, and hope to get a walk in today.
