I weighed on at 61.3 but certain it was other things.
last night I had quite some peanut butter which has had an interesting effect on my stomach...think I needed that fiber.

I'm travelling next week and I'm trying to figure out how to get that to work with my intermittent fasting as well. I fly at 6 so I could close my eating windows then and open earlier Tuesday for breakfast. I'm going to have to tweak it a bit. .. or just not be strict for those two days.

I really dislike change in my routine...
