I confirmed today that my scale can give variations up to 300 grams (10 oz.) on consecutive measures. So I've changed my procedure to weight each day. Now I weight 3 to 5 consecutive times and get the higher value.

Anyway the weights are only a reference and the important thing is keeping on with my no-diet...

I think most scales do that sometimes. I just step on, take the first reading and move on. You could make yourself crazy over the small differences.

I have as a general rule not reading much into each weight in. I am confident in what I'm doing. Weighting is just for journaling purposes. When I get bad readings I know a thousand factors can be affecting it and that better ones will come. So this weighting differences are just one more factor that give me reasons to not read much into each reading... Thanks for your comment and support.
