This past week was better than previous weeks. Did not snack as much but still need some improvement. Still need more cardio. Telling others the importance of moving and staying active but failing to take my own advice. Allowing other distractions to hinder what I need to do. Goal is to have some sort of consistent cardio activity in place by year end.
