Abandoned my health 9 months ago because this year knocked the wind out of me 🙃
Been stress eating for 9 solid months but I’ve started to realize that COVID isn’t going anywhere soon so I need to learn how to cope better. ASAP

You are not alone. We have all been there. Just know that, to fight this virus. You have to healthy. If you’re healthy and catch covid. You have less chance of getting long covid after the virus has left your body. So keep fighting for YOU!
