So, another day flat to yesterday.
Stomach/digestion issues still going as well...

I'm seriously considering adding flax back into my diet to make sure to get the extra fiber. Only thing holding me back is that I know that it causes water retention and a spike on the scale.

Really not sure what to do to be honest. Its not just that I see a spike but my mid area just doesn't "feel" right... feels quite bloated.

I'm just hoping that this moment passes.... soon.
