I'm back!! Weight has stayed steady!
I am crossing my fingers with all the holiday charcuterie boards Sweets, treats, cheeses and meats!!! Geez! Trying to not sample everything! Would like to just stay conscience of my intake of calories and get some form of exercise EVERYday!
