Take away fish and chips the other night, white bread for lunch yesterday and chicken parma with chips for dinner at the pub, no exercise and what a surprise, half a kilo returns! That's it, no more hot chippies until September.

Hmmmm chicken parmigiana;-) i hate how the pubs here do not have a single healthy option!the lovely chef at the one we go to always kindly grills my fish for me instead of battered atleast! Happy moving:-)
