Well, I've returned from my week away for Christmas at my daughter's house. Between the fast ending and the Christmas goodies, I did regain some of the weight I had lost during the fast, of course. It would have been worse, except that I've spent the last three days with a nasty GI illness. I'll spare you the details, but it was the equivalent of further fasting. Tomorrow is the first of the year and a great time to begin again with my cyclical keto/low carb WOE with some intermittent fasting. Happy New Year everyone! Time to set goals and intentions, assess where we've been and where we're going. Wishing you all a healthy and happy 2022!
