it's been a shit week of binging and fasting and trying to find my feet again on this journey.
I joined a running club as I have a new found love of running and hopefully it will be the motivation I need to stop reaching for the cookie jar every time I have a coffee.

83kg at my heaviest and I refuse to go back there but I'm at the comfortable stage right now and need one of life changing photos that kick started my weight loss journey in the 1st place.
