Im making things way harder than they need to be. I let stress get to me, and then I got in my own head, and its not even been a whole week. This is BS, I need to get over myself and really pay attention. If I have to preplan each day next week, then thats what I have to do to make it happen.

Im so glad this work week is over. The short weeks always feel the longest.
