All my whining this week and theres the number Ive been wanting to see for AGES. I even splurged on some Oreos.

Today is a "refeed" day if I choose to use it. Ive already had 2 big bowls of chili and a slice of pizza and Im so full that I probably wont eat much for the rest of the day haha.

This coming week I will continue to work on meal planning, tracking, and water. Im going to make a point of getting in my workouts since I slacked off today.

Refeed - it means cheat day - celebrate a small weight loss by taking a day to eat all the crap that made you overweight to begin with. Then complain for the next few days or weeks about not losing more weight and wonder why.
