Feeling great, fasted on water and juice only yesterday for the first time. It was really hard but not as hard as I thought it would be. I am going to do it every wednesday and will post my progress here.

Good for you, I am doing a detox thing and hopefully that will work for me but let me know how fasted on a concern day each week goes ...I may try it
