I'll try not to bore you ,
love my food, especially high calorie foods,
eat out of habit rather than necessity
spend most of my time doing things for others rather than doing what I want
So as from tomorrow will change my routine and try to get out of the rut.

Yes, good luck! Maybe don’t try too much too soon in case its overwhelming! But if it isnt, wow, YOU CAN DO IT!
