1565 kcal Gras: 61,78g | Prot: 76,12g | Carb: 174,86g.   Colazione: Mannatech Osolean, Coffee, Brown Sugar, PnP Frozen Assorted Berries, Jungle Muesli Nuts & Seeds , Overnight Oats. Pranzo: Minced Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Oil and Vinegar, Woolworths Herb Salad, Cooked Red Cabbage (Fat Added in Cooking), Albany Brown Bread, Food Lovers Feta Cheese Mixed Herbs . Cena: Beef Fried Rice. Snacks/Altro: Peaches, Nectarines, Safari Peanuts, Coffee. Di più...

Working out causes water retention. Muscle also weighs more than fat. Make sure you drink enough water. A better measurement of progress is taking Body measurements and progress photos. Or seeing how clothing fits.

I drink over 3L water a day! Hopefully it’s muscle and water 🙏 let me find a measurement tape…
