Welp. I guess jumping back in isnt going to work out quite that easy. I dont know whats wrong with me (other than Im still waiting for TOM). I have no energy, I dont want to go to the gym, and Im back to being a human garbage disposal. Its like that switch in my head flips and its easy to watch what I eat, track, move, etc... And then it gets switched off and I "cant" do anything.

My goals for the rest of this week is to drink at least 2 of my water bottles a day, and get 3 servings of fruit and veggies a day.
119,5 kg Perso fino ad ora: 1,8 kg.    Rimanenti: 37,0 kg.    Dieta seguita: Scarso.
