Day three of my cut. Up .8 pounds. It is slow. I think it's the theory of relativity involved. When you have to figure out how to get all you need for a bulk it's hard. Cutting, it's easy to figure out... you just don't want to. :D

Nice weigh-in Chad! It's coming off slowly which is good. I think we are going to be really close to the same weigh when I weigh in tomorrow. I cant remember what you said. Are you cutting to a specific weight or are you doing it for a specific time frame?

Kind-of both Brent, My goal is to hit 170 again and take a progress photo to compare to the first time I hit 170 to prove to myself that a 3 month bulking cyle is worth it, (which I already know it is, looking in the mirror and comparing myself to that last 170 lb. picture, I have been leaner than I was since almost a month ago, and I'm still going!) I just want to see how much of a difference it made.
