Had my weekly training session at the gym yesterday. It does shift around a bit from week to week.

I'm down a whole pound after a long period of either not moving or only slight loss. This is very good. It's been a few weeks since I've seen the scale go down like that.

Keep up the great work! Your real close to the 29's... and your going to see a lot of differnce in that decade of numbers!

I am, Matt? I sincerely hope so. People keep complimenting me on my weight loss, but I feel that I'm nowhere near where I need to be yet.
