So I didn't weigh myself this morning because I was afraid to even look. The weekends are my cheat one day but since my husband and myself celebrated Valentine's on Saturday and then Super bowl 🏈 yesterday I went over big time on my calories intake but it was worth it. Lmao! 🤣 Now back on the program and I will be doing more cardio today. Happy Valentine's everyone.
