Up 2 pounds in 2 days …

Really bummed , I’ve been really good on my diet and even began to exercise so I’m just lost on why the sudden gain 😢
63,3 kg Perso fino ad ora: 2,4 kg.    Rimanenti: 6,6 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Water retention also your body is storing for now but be consistent and you will see a drop. I understand your frustration I was there too but I had to be consistent with everything: amount and frequency of exercise, staying within my calorie budget, etc. in less than a week BOOM 💥 a drop.
