Diario di Tams.jvr, 26 feb 22

All I did was cut out take-aways, drink lots of water and avoid snacking between meals for 2 weeks. The difference it makes.
105,5 kg Perso fino ad ora: 15,1 kg.    Rimanenti: 20,5 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 1,8 kg a Settimana

Day 2 of noo take out, no alcohol, snacking on green tea n apples. 5km walks/runs. I know if I keep this up, after a week I will be used to it 💪
