Half way there!!! By my bathroom scale I have lost 27.6 pounds since I started QWLC on April 21. I am on my 9th week. I have fallen a few times, which I enjoyed at that moment but quickly realized that my body did not enjoy it. My boyfriend is also doing this same diet with me and he is an angel. I am always trying to get him to cheat with me. LOL
Hope everyone is doing great. Would love a buddy or two. I need to start working out and I need some motivation.
