A gain this week. I am exercising more, but I am eating more. Just a bad circle. Tonight was SO not good. Had a roast for dinner. Went to the movie with my daughter. I ate so much popcorn!!! The really good stuff with lots of butter kind. I had packed a baggie of grapes, but to hell with those once I smelled the wonderful popcorn. Any who......came home, had to go "punish" myself, I suppose, walked 3 miles, 1 mile was with my daughter and dog.....hey!!! Other 2 by myself....and it was getting dark.......came home, hooped and stationary biked. My dr. told me the walking was great, but I was probably not getting my heart rate up enough. So now the biking I am really haulin' butt. I expect a gain when I weigh in the morning, because of the sodium.
