Doing a quick weigh in just to see where I am pre Saturday and to see if my refeed meal effects weight in any way come Monday .

Historically I lose more a couple days after the refeed, but I also historically don't do a refeed until 4 weeks in (this time I'm on week 2).

Planning to up the movement next week so I will need to increase calories a bit so we don't lose momentum. Shall see how it goes over the week :)
