No weight loss showing on scales this week BUT ... no 😭 or 😤 or depression this time...not even a hint! Because I feel different and look better than ever before. 😊
My treadmill and strength exercises are changing my body! toning up with noticable muscles and definition... yeah baby I'm leaping with joy 🤸‍♀️ as my size 16 trousers and shorts are falling off ready to downsize to size 14! 🤣
