How are you friend?  

I am ok, I hope you are well. Settled into the new job, things are way better. Four Tens and three days off are great, able to hit the gym after work early which is also really good. Have not been tracking here as often as the past, but will likely start again soon. How has your progress been? Is work still a high focus? Are you happy? Such a strange question really as I find the older I get the more difficult it is to answer.  

I’m glad to hear that the new job is better, and it allows you some personal time… that other place you were at was unreal. You really never seemed very happy, and I admire you made the change to improve your life :) it’s actually a really brave thing to do. I’m doing okay, I’ve gotten really off track.. but I’m getting back and trying to do the right things. Thanks for asking how I am… it might be a weird thing to ask, but I don’t get asked that a lot lol, and it is hard to answer… things aren’t perfect, but I like my work, my home, and friends… so all things considered, I’m relatively content :) plus, more sun during the day makes such a difference.
