i did not get enough veggies in today. i also went to far w/ the fat & calories. had a hard time not over eating.

You didn't go to far on your calories. If you don't meet your RDI, your body goes into a stall. Make sure you get 12-15 nc on your Induction veggies though. Are you in OWL yet?
