April is Stress Awareness Month: Everyone has stress but managing it is a skill. Change my mind, change my habits, change my body, change my life. I have the knowledge and skill to lose and reach my goal weight. I and am wise enough to know these tools will work as long as I use them. From this moment forward is opportunity to take care of myself because I am worth the effort.
I woke up uninspired as it felt like "back to the grindstone" for Lisa. The blahs are just a feeling so I am going to take my day slowly, minute by minute and as I go through the motions I am going to find the best feeling that I can find with each given circumstance. Back to basics for me. I am carrying a pen and paper so everytime I start feeling the negativity creep in I am going to talk myself out of it with creative writing. Hopefully tomorrow I can post a few of these turn-arounds. This should be a fun day afterall. TOWANDA!!! TAKE THE QUIZ NOW!

Taking baby steps, I managed to get 550 calories burned in Cardio this morning and feel much better...hmmmm...taking a nice refreshing shower will also feel great, let's see what else I can do to feel great. Nice to meet you Chakrarain, Luluesq1, triaby...and to Radio, BHA and Coco...we know how this done, lets do it!!! TOWANDA!!!!

Mundane, aggravation, life is full of it...it takes great skill to be happy and feel good about a lot of the stuff. It is 135PM...(Sigh) hanging in there..and happy I have income and a job.

My Levi jeans still fit but I am happy they have that stretch material. Today food wise and exercise went well. I feel super tired right now and my hips and lower back has a dull ache. Turning stinking thinking around is a challenge especially when you work with someone who is constantly looking or talking about things in a negative fashion in order to make herself feel better. I don't honestly think it makes her feel better as there is a lot about things and life that suck and not much you can do by talking about it. I am looking forward to getting a good night sleep and feeling regenerated tomorrow:) TOWANDA!!
