Still just plugging along. It’s going s-l-o-w-l-y but it’s going.
My biggest takeaways right now are not to totally tank myself because it takes so long to bounce back. And veggies first- Ive been trying to use veggies as the base before I add anything else to every meal. Simple things that I’ve heard over and over but it’s just really clicking. Funny how that works. 🤷♀️
