This was an entirely unexpected drop considering the amount of food I had yesterday.
I was prepared for a bit of an upwards fluctuation.
yesterday I broke fast with a bunless double whopper with cheese which I only just found out us a whopping 650 calories.
then dinner we went out with some friends and I had a monster pork chop and half of my husbands steak (what can I say, I like to eat). Our friends were fairly shocked to see just how much food I eat and still be fairly normal sized. then came the cheese platter.... oh heavenly! I had one which was a cross between cheddar and blue... It was awesome! another one of my hybrid favorites!
pms is still kicking my ass but trying to keep well hydrated and watch the salt.
hope this number either stays stable or goes down but not up :-)
