😲 I don't know how I did it. I was busting my butt at work, but also enjoyed some cake etc. 😆
But I will take this loss and enjoy it, before the weight starts stalling lol. It always does at some point, doesn't it? 🙃
Tomorrow I will have my consult for the weightloss program and I hope they will be of help to not only help me reach my goal, but keep it off for good this time.
