I bought running pants with a phone insert today. I'm going to start running 3x a week, (Fri, Sat, Sun). Thank God (the universe :-) )it's summer. Also, I've reversed my meals. For example, i am having dinner for breakfast, breakfast for lunch. Lastly, instead of brown rice twice a day, I'm substituting that with salad. Good luck everyone 👍
